Orders can be placed online using a credit or debit card. When you have selected the items you wish to buy and added them to your shopping basket, you can View the Basket. To complete the purchase, click on Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions.

We reserve the right to use whatever delivery / shipping / courier / postage method appropriate to your order, location, quantity, value and or weight. This includes the use of postage stamps for smaller items.

Cancelling an order: Should you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched we will refund you the order amount less a 5% cancelation fee.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are the final price but exclude delivery costs which will be added at checkout. Free delivery on your order wih a minimum spend of €25. We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture). Shipping

Orders are sent using An Post. Small international orders will be dispatch by regular post, and larger international orders by Priority Parcel Post. Fashion For Fashiondoll  reserves the right to choose alternative shipping methods including postage stamps for smaller items.

Orders dispatched to addresses in Ireland are usually received within a day or two. In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered in a timely fashion you may submit a claim to us for refund or replacement. Within the EU; claims will only be entertained 60 days after despatch date. Rest of the world, claims will only be entertained 90 days after dispatch date.
