We will do our utmost to  process and dispatch all orders on the day they are placed. In the event of a delay, you will be  advised as soon as possible.

If you place an order outside of office hours (Office hours Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm), we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

Orders are usually sent using An Post. Small international orders dispatch by regular post, and larger international orders by Priority Parcel Post. Fashion For Fashiondolls reserves the right to choose alternative shipping methods including postage stamps for smaller items.

Fashion for Fashiondolls does not accept responsibility for orders that are returned due to non-collection . Claims for loss in transit, or non delivery, must be notified to us within 30 days of order date. The customer accepts responsibility to accept parcels or to contact carrier in the event of non-delivery.

Returns Policy

Online Returns

If it turns out that an item you ordered online is not as you expected or was ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of our dispatch date and 20 days for international sales.

Returns must be sent using a courier/parcel/postal service with tracking and at customers’ expense.

Your statutory rights will be honoured for such returns received back to Fashion For Fashiondolls within 14 days. A credit/exchange of goods will also be offered.

All refunds are calculated less the actual carriage cost.Fashion for Fashiondolls pays more towards carriage than the advertised rate, as the additional charge is offset against your purchases.

Should your order be returned to us due to non-delivery (i.e. returned marked “Not Collected”, “Uncollected” or similar by the carrier) we offer a refund less the actual carriage cost, plus any shipping charges and costs of carriers for returns plus credit card charges, commissions and fees. If there is an error or shortage in your order, Fashion For Fashiondolls must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Restricted Returns

Certain goods, such as buttons, books, patterns, needles, crochet hooks, accessories, sale items, special orders, or custom labels are not eligible for return.
